Over 20 years ago Yoursection.nz started creating residential subdivisions in Christchurch and it's surrounds.

Since then, we’ve gained a wealth of knowledge and experience and developed a proven track record for delivering high-quality results.

Yoursection's Sustainability Project 

The Purau Woodland is the major project in our sustainability efforts. Located on Banks Peninsula, opposite Lyttleton Harbour, it's home to over 70,000 native trees and will sequester over 9,000 tonnes of CO2.

We're working with the experts at MyNativeForest on the Purau Woodland project. They manage and maintain the health of Woodland to keep the saplings thriving and grow to their full potential.

1000 missions on average every year. The other week saw another 18 missions, Air Rescue need all the support they can get as they are aiming for 3 replacement choppers with the aim of saving more lives.
