Wilfield's new playground ready
Once upon a time there was a beautiful princess who lived in an enormous castle. The view from her castle was expansive across all of the lush green lands. These lands were her home and they were named, Wilfield. Whatever your kids want to imagine let them do it in Wilfield's awesome new playground – complete with castle!
New release at Wilfield
For the better part of a decade we’ve been turning soil and making sections helping grow the community of West Melton. In this time, we’ve seen hundreds of homes built for thousands of new West Meltonians, restaurants, shops, a new recreation centre and whole raft of other new beginnings in West Melton. However, one thing has been a constant over this period - the community and its spirit. The sense of belonging in West Melton is like no other and that is one of the key reasons so many families have come to love this area.
We commenced our Wilfield subdivision (formerly the 92ha Wilfield Sheep Stud) in 2014 with sections ranging in size from 900m2 – 4ha. As Wilfield has progressed over the last few years we have observed more people wanting sections that are of a size that fits their busy lifestyle between 1000 – 2500m2.
For this reason, Gillman Wheelans decided to redefine some of the larger northern sections into sizes that will appeal to the current West Melton purchaser. This new release consists of multiple house sites on Silver Peaks and Kingsdowne Drives. These sections range in size from 900- 4880m2, with pricing starting from $245,000.
If you haven’t been out to Wilfield recently, we suggest you go for a drive. We’re sure you’ll like what you see.
