In 2010 Gillman Wheelans developed the picturesque subdivision - Preston Downs. This subdivision was extremely popular and prompted us to go on to purchase the remainder of the residentially zoned land in West Melton. History is has now repeated itself with our equally idyllic Wilfield subdivision.
